As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for performing both routine and non-routine laboratory tests and analyses using advanced technical equipment. The role involves maintaining and calibrating equipment, processing specimens, and ensuring adherence to quality control norms and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
• Test Performance: Conduct routine and non-routine tests and analyses using appropriate technical equipment at Navabharat Infraventure.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform quality control, calibrate equipment, and maintain it in proper working order to ensure accurate results.
• Specimen Processing: Process specimens as per defined SOPs and adhere to Turnaround Time (TAT) and On Time Report (OTR) requirements.
• Test Documentation: Record lab test results accurately and assist in technical activities and data management.
• Safety Standards: Adhere to all relevant health and safety standards while performing laboratory work.
• Quality Control: Maintain all quality parameters as per QC norms to ensure reliable and precise test results.
• Clean Work Area: Ensure a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance as needed to ensure smooth lab operations.
• Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including handling biochemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests.
• Flexibility: Adapt to rotational shifts and changing lab needs to support the team effectively.

Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) is required for the Lab Technician position at Navabharat Infraventure.
• Experience: Hands-on experience and knowledge of medical laboratory principles, standards, applications, and tests are preferred.
• Communication Skills: Fair communication skills to interact effectively with team members and report findings.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills to manage data and documentation efficiently.
