About The Role
We are seeking a talented attorney to advise and represent clients in employment-related matters. Responsibilities include:
• Providing legal counsel on complex employment issues, including drug and ******* policies, EEO compliance, employee discipline, and workplace harassment.
• Defending clients in employment-related commercial litigation, such as retaliation claims, whistleblower cases, and wrongful termination disputes.
• Collaborating with a team of skilled practitioners to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
• Experience: 4+ years of Labor & Employment law practice in Oregon.
• Licensure: Licensed to practice law in Oregon; Washington licensure is a plus.
• Skills: Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attributes: Collaborative team player with a self-starter mentality. A strong commitment to building a long-term practice with the firm is essential.
