Qualification: Diploma in CSC/E&TC/ Basic Engineer from any level Engineering college
Work Description:
Understand PC assembly and various components on motherboard like CPU, RAM, PCIe Cards, Peripherals.
Need to understand basic components in Datacentre (Racks/Switches/Power Supplies/Machines/Fans etc.)
Willing to learn various technologies and basic computer operations on multiple operating systems (Windows/Linux etc.) and help with troubleshooting.
Good Communication in English
Any HW related knowledge like cable preparation/soldering etc. will be a big plus
Work Profile
• Work in Lab to support various HW request/troubleshoot issues
• Setup/Tear down various setup as per end user requirement
• Understand and prepare self-work reports
• Learn various Datacentre technologies (Compute/Storage/Networking etc.)
