Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will support quality control processes, assist with data collection, and perform laboratory analyses to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our products and research. Duties:
Perform routine sample preparation and analysis using ICP-OES, GC-MS ECD, Bomb Calorimeter, Auto Titrator and Karl-Fischer
Sample drums and perform compatibility testing and analysis
Report analytical results and coordinate with production personnel
Maintain accurate analysis, maintenance, and production records
Perform general laboratory and facility housekeeping duties
Additional duties as assigned by the Lab Supervisor
Requirements:
Environmental or Chemical Engineering Technician or Technologist of related Diploma
Previous GC and ICP experience required
Competent computer skills (MS Windows and Office)
Strong interpersonal skills
Must be motivated, able to multi-task, and work effectively in a team environment
Must be safety conscious and detail oriented
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to follow procedures and work with minimum supervision
Willing to work overtime, alternate shifts and occasional weekends.
