Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer/Helper to assist with delivery, setup, takedown, and weekday cleaning and maintenance of inflatable bounce houses and event rental equipment. This position involves physical labor, outdoor work, and flexible scheduling, with most events occurring on weekends and cleaning/prep work during the week.
Responsibilities:
Assist with delivery, setup, anchoring, and takedown of inflatable bounce houses
Clean, sanitize, dry, and fold inflatables and tarps during the week
Load and unload inflatables and equipment from truck or trailer
Inspect equipment for cleanliness and basic wear
Follow safety procedures at job sites
Interact professionally with customers when on deliveries
Requirements:
Must have own reliable transportation or truck
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (50+ lbs)
Comfortable working outdoors and in warehouse/yard settings
Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
Availability for weekends and some weekday cleaning shifts
Previous labor, delivery, or event setup experience is a plus (not required)
Schedule:
Flexible, part-time hours
Weekend event work required
Weekday shifts primarily for cleaning and equipment prep
