Now Hiring: Restoration Technician – Property Restoration
WINMAR® Saskatoon is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restoration Technician to join our growing team. If you’ve worked in property restoration and take pride in hands-on work, helping people, and being part of a strong crew—we want to connect.
What You’ll Do
Complete demolition, cleaning, and structural drying after fire, water, and mold damage
Set up, monitor, and remove drying and restoration equipment
Assist with packing and cleaning contents from affected homes and businesses
Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
Communicate with supervisors, clients, and team members
Use company software to log job notes, time, and photos
What You Bring
Experience in restoration, construction, or a related field (1+ year preferred)
Ability to lift heavy items and work in physically demanding conditions
Comfort with tools and equipment (training provided)
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
IICRC certification (asset but not required)
Class 5 Driver’s Licence (required)

Pay: $16.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
