Synaco has partnered with a nationwide industry leading waste management company. Due to continued success, they are seeking an All-rounder labourer for their site in St Marys.
Job Brief/Overview
Tenure: Temp to perm
Days & Hours: 4 shifts a week at minimum + OT + Weekends
Pay rate: Starting at $34.75p.h
Duties
High pressure water blasting
Working at heights
Vacuum loading
CSE under breathing apparatus
HR driving – after acquiring ticket (Client is willing to pay for truck driving training after probational period)
Ideal Candidate
Good work ethic, understand importance of turning up to work
Ability to complete repetitive, mundane tasks
Likes OT opportunities (long shifts + nights & weekends
Looking for career progression
Commitment to safety
Self-motivated
Sound communication skills
Client is willing to pay for truck driving training after probational period
Minimum Need
Willingness to do physical work
Looking for a permanent job
Confined space entry ticket
Aspires to be a an all-rounder operator
