The Role: Makeup Trainer

As a Makeup Trainer with Lakmé, you will play a pivotal role in providing education and training to aspiring makeup artists and beauty enthusiasts. You will share your passion for makeup and beauty trends, teach essential techniques, and inspire individuals to explore their creativity through makeup artistry.

Key Responsibilities
• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative makeup training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for aspiring makeup artists and beauty enthusiasts.
• Technique Instruction: Teach fundamental and advanced makeup techniques, including foundation application, contouring, eyeshadow blending, and lipstick application.
• Product Knowledge: Deepen participants' understanding of Lakmé makeup products, including product features, benefits, and application tips.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest makeup trends, techniques, and product innovations, sharing insights and inspiration with participants.
• Hands-On Practice: Provide hands-on guidance and feedback to participants as they practice makeup techniques and create their own looks.
• Portfolio Development: Assist participants in building their makeup portfolios, providing guidance on presentation, photography, and marketing.
• Career Guidance: Offer career advice and support to aspiring makeup artists, including information about job opportunities, industry expectations, and professional development.
