Job description
As the Region Head North East - Ad Sales, you will play a pivotal role in leading and driving advertising sales initiatives for the Republic Media Network in the North East region. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in broadcast and media or with the government sales, coupled with proven leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a track record of successfully generating business and revenue.
Leadership and Strategy:
• Develop and execute strategic plans for advertising sales in the south region, aligning with the overall business objectives of the Republic Media Network.
• Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive revenue growth.
Business Development:
• Spearhead efforts to generate new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key advertisers and agencies, and expand the network's market presence.
• Identify emerging trends and market opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
Revenue Generation:
• Drive the achievement of revenue targets by implementing effective sales strategies, negotiating deals, and maximizing advertising sales opportunities.
• Ensure the implementation of pricing and sales policies that contribute to revenue optimization.
Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant education in Marketing / sales
Experience of 3-4 years in sales or government sales is a plus
Strong network and relationships with key advertisers and agencies in the North East region,
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Candidate should be based of Assam
