Job Description
We seek a qualified Landscape Architect to join our Project Management Consultancy team responsible for supervising large-scale project landscape works.
About the Role
As a Landscape Architect, you will oversee landscape works ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications.
Responsibilities
• Supervise hardscape, softscape, and irrigation works on-site ensuring quality and compliance.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site inspections ensuring adherence to HSE standards.
• Provide expertise in plant selection, soil quality, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscaping.
• Report on project progress, risks, and compliance with project specifications.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture (Master's preferred).
• 8–12 years' experience, with at least 5 years in PMC/supervision roles.
• Proven experience in large-scale developments (urban, infrastructure, hospitality, or mixed-use).
Required Skills
• Strong technical knowledge of landscape works, AutoCAD/Revit, and sustainability standards (LEED, ESTIDAMA).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
