About the Role
As part of our Major Projects team, you’ll provide project management, stakeholder collaboration, technical knowledge and design outcomes that contribute to the improvement of the City’s parks, reserves, streetscapes and gathering spaces.
This position will lead the project management and design elements of landscape projects from concept and schematic designs, including stakeholder engagement, through detailed design, construction documentation and delivery.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
Extensive experience in project management of large landscape projects, including cost estimation, budget management, drafting of tenders, contract management, stakeholder engagement and overseeing project delivery and maintenance periods.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder collaboration, including overseeing and managing consultant teams, working with internal technical teams and delivering stakeholder and community engagement.
Extensive experience producing landscape designs through each stage of a project lifecycle including concept and visioning, detailed designing through CAD landscape drawings, technical specifications, cost estimation and contract administration.
Tertiary level qualification(s) in landscape architecture or a combination of project management and a related design discipline.
