From our humble beginnings in a small shed, we now have established depots and offices in, Perth, the South-West of WA, Melbourne and Adelaide and our range of services include landscape and irrigation design, commercial and residential construction, maintenance, and residential lot packages.

About the role
We are looking for a qualified/experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor with an enthusiastic and positive work ethic to join our team in Melbourne. You will need a proven track record in delivering high quality landscape maintenance works through industry best practice, excellent knowledge and standards of OH&S. You will be managing our Maribyrnong Shire projects and providing support, training and mentoring to junior staff and Apprentices. You will have a ’can do’ attitude with a strong commitment to contribute as a part of a team.
This role is a full-time permanent position available for an immediate start. You will be based out of our Yarraville Depot working in Maribyrnong Shire.
Experience and Skills
Experience in all aspects of commercial landscape maintenance
Excellent time management skills. This includes the ability to plan, prioritise and organise multiple projects and work requirements, including staff and resources
Reliable and punctual
High level interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation. You must have the ability to communicate and build relationships with all levels of stakeholders
Good computer and literacy skills
An eye for detail and a strong customer focus
Practical decision-making and problem-solving skills
Current Drivers Licence (MR or HR highly regarded) and White Card
Landscape Qualification will be highly regarded
Responsibilities
Coordinating landscape maintenance contracts
Delivering a high-quality end product to exceed client's expectations
Meet timelines and budgets
Reporting to the Area Manager
