ESTEEMED CLIENT OF SPONT INTERNATIONAL seeks a self-driven and passionate LANDSCAPING SUPERVISOR/ HORTICULTURIST to join their green family at BANGALORE .RESPONSIBILITIES
• Your will be responsible for overseeing and managing the plant care team and reporting directly to the Manager - Plant-care of our company.
• Hire and manage plant care manpower.
• Create and maintain manpower performance trackers.
• Supervise and train staff according to company standards.
• Conduct site audits and delegate necessary tasks.
• Oversee maintenance of all plant care sites to make sure each site is healthy and lush.
• Create and maintain site performance trackers.
• Keep account of plant care inventory (Stalk of materials and supply from factory.)
• Create AMC proposals for clients and build relationship.
• Conduct research on green wall plants for indoor and outdoor and vertical plant systems.
REQUIREMENTS
• Exceptional labor manpower management skills
• Thorough knowledge of ornamental horticulture in all phases.
• MUST BE GOOD AT ESTIMATION.
• Bachelor's degree in horticulture or plant science.
• Good knowledge of English, Kannada or Hindi.
• Experience 2+ years.
