About the Role: Zodiac Express Private Limited is looking for motivated and dynamic candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the ecommerce and logistics industry. Key Responsibilities
• Assist in daily operations.
• Prepare and Maintain reports and data using Advanced Excel
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth last-mile delivery operations
• Support branch team and managers in handling delivery processes
• Ensure timely reporting and follow standard company procedures
• Participate in regular training and skill development programs
• Coordinate with Delivery Associates and monitor them.
• Recruit manpower as and when required in the branch by sourcing local candidates.
Eligibility Criteria
• Freshers candidate or candidates with 1-3 years of experience in Ecommerce industries like Shadowfax,Flipkart,Loadshare,Amazon,Xpressbees etc.
• Graduation in any field
• Must know Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS basics, etc.)
• Interest in the e-commerce/logistics industry
• Eager to learn, proactive, and committed
• Must be open for relocation across West Bengal and Tripura
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
