The Role
The Driver Leading Hand will report to the Operation Supervisor and play a key role in supporting drivers and promoting safety and well-being. Responsibilities include driving a rear lift truck, distributing drivers, managing run sheets and work orders, acting as the primary contact for truck breakdowns, monitoring daily schedules, and demonstrating agility in handling unexpected challenges.
Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
HR Licence with experience
Early morning start time and availability 7 days a week
Basic knowledge of fatigue management
Strong communication and computer skills
Commitment to safety and teamwork
