Role Description
The Lead & CRM Manager will be responsible for daily lead generation, qualification, and follow-ups to ensure a steady pipeline of potential clients.
This role is critical for maintaining client engagement, operational efficiency, and high-quality experience for our HNI clientele.
The person will also coordinate with site visit executives and the founder to ensure smooth conversion of leads into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Lead Generation:
• Generate new leads through digital, offline, and referral channels
• Maintain a minimum daily lead target (defined with principal)
• Document all leads accurately in CRM
2. Lead Qualification:
• Assess client requirements quickly and effectively
• Categorize leads into hot, warm, and cold
• Ensure only relevant leads are passed to site visit / closing teams
3. Follow-ups:
• Consistently follow up with leads until a visit or closure
• Maintain accurate follow-up history in CRM
• Ensure timely reminders and notifications to clients
4. Coordination:
• Work closely with Site & Client Relations Executive for scheduling visits
• Provide clear updates to founder on lead status and pipeline
• Ensure seamless handoff between lead management and site visit execution
5. Reporting & Process Management:
• Maintain daily/weekly dashboards of leads generated, follow-ups, and conversions
• Identify gaps in lead generation or follow-ups
• Suggest improvements to lead sourcing and client engagement
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Graduate or above; any stream
• Experience: 1–3 years in real estate, luxury services, or high-value sales support preferred
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
• Process-driven mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable
