We seek an experienced Architect to lead the transformation of our technology systems through AI-driven solutions and enterprise-grade data architecture.
This individual will evaluate and enhance our existing technology stack, design scalable and intelligent systems, and align technical architecture with our broader business growth objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of technical depth, strategic thinking, and change leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ai & Systems Transformation
• Lead the modernization of legacy platforms and services through AI, ML, and autonomous agent architectures.
• Architect and implement LLM-based applications, multi-agent systems, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Design and manage cloud-native architectures across Azure and/or AWS, with emphasis on scalability, observability, and resilience.
• Integrate Ai solutions into critical business systems (CRMs, ERPs, healthcare platforms) with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Data Architecture & Management
• Define and implement enterprise-wide data architecture, including data lakes, pipelines, and governance frameworks.
• Build and manage data ingestion and transformation workflows using tools such as Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Spark.
• Create and maintain vector databases and support unstructured data integration for Ai-powered analytics and applications.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, and availability across distributed environments.
• Business Alignment & Impact
• Translate business goals into technology strategy and architecture, ensuring that Ai and data systems directly support measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to shape roadmaps that align architecture decisions with product strategy, growth, and revenue objectives.
• Anticipate how evolving technologies (Ai/ML, cloud, data) will impact business models and guide teams through architectural pivots accordingly.
• Leadership, Communication & Change Management
• Serve as a strategic advisor to technical and non-technical leaders on Ai opportunities, tradeoffs, and risk mitigation.
• Communicate complex architecture and design decisions clearly to executives, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
• Champion organizational change efforts related to technology adoption, Ai integration, and modernization initiatives.
• Lead technical teams through ambiguity and transformation, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability.
• Mentor engineers and product teams in best practices for Ai architecture, data engineering, and DevOps.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, including 3+ years leading Ai/ml and data transformation projects.
• Proven ability to lead the design and deployment of production-grade Ai systems and LLM applications.
• Deep experience with Azure or Aws cloud platforms, including services like AKS, Synapse, ADF, S3, Lambda, Databricks, etc.
• Hands-on expertise with data platforms: Delta Lake, Snowflake, Cosmos Db, PySpark, Airflow, and vector databases (e.g., Chromadb, Astradb).
• Proficiency with Ai tools and frameworks such as Langchain, Langgraph, Hugging Face, Crewai, Autogen, and Gpt-based models.
• Strong background in software development (Python, Sql, C#, Terraform) and cloud DevOps (Ci/cd pipelines, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Exceptional communication skills — able to engage executives, align stakeholders, and simplify complex concepts.
• Demonstrated success managing through change and uncertainty in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Track record of linking technical architecture to business impact (e.g., operational efficiency, scalability, product differentiation).
