Position Overview Role Description As a member of the Transformations team within Know Your Customer Operations (KYC - Ops), you are required to spearhead automation of processes in collaboration with technology and operations. Your responsibility would include the implementation of short term tactical changes, as well strategic Target Operating Model. You will be responsible for a comprehensive project portfolio of digitization and automation measures in KYC-Ops. In close collaboration with the Digitalization and Automation Project Lead, the role includes setting the vision and strategy for the continued development of the digitalization and automation book of work.
