What You Will Be Doing
• Architect and implement cutting-edge SaaS Ops strategies, leveraging your expertise to drive operational excellence
• Make high-impact decisions on operational standards, AI tooling, and process design to ensure unparalleled reliability, security, and cost optimization across our growing portfolio
• Develop and refine a seamless framework for integrating newly acquired SaaS products into our centralized operations, eliminating friction and maximizing efficiency
• Pioneer the use of AI-powered tools to automate processes, optimize costs, and elevate operational performance to unprecedented levels

Lead Cloud Architect Key Responsibilities
Drive the creation and continuous evolution of a highly efficient, AI-powered SaaS Ops function that ensures exceptional reliability, cost optimization, and seamless operations across our rapidly growing portfolio of acquired SaaS businesses, setting new industry standards for operational excellence.
Basic Requirements
• Proven track record of 5+ years managing and owning SaaS Ops for enterprise-level customers
• Demonstrated success in leading major cloud migrations and owning SaaS Ops at an SME serving enterprise clients
• Expertise in applying AI and automation technologies to revolutionize SaaS operations
• Advanced proficiency in AWS and DevOps practices, including mastery of Docker and Kubernetes

Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
