Job Purpose

Act as a custodian of people policies and processes by ensuring robust governance of budgets, KPI’s, project timelines, organisation and personal data. Lead and deliver strategic HR projects globally.

Partner with key function/ business stakeholders, COEs, business leaders and HR colleagues to seamlessly deliver HR agenda for assigned regions in line with Cipla’s strategy, HR strategy and business needs and priorities

Key Accountabilities (1/6)

Drive the HR agenda of EM & EU business to achieve strategic objectives set out in the business scorecard.
• Support key strategic HR processes across EM & EU in collaboration with country HRBP’s to achieve business objectives.
• Provide inputs to Business and HR leadership in optimizing workforce utilization to ensure adherence to people budgets.
• Monthly review and governance of People Budgets at BU & region level. Publish HR dashboard highlighting key HR metrics in areas of Attrition, TA TAT, I&D, Employee Engagement, People Cost.
• Develop and monitor a resource plan for the year in consultation with business to ensure resource optimization.

Devise a plan to ensure resource utilization and forecasting talent requirements in line with business strategy to meet talent needs of the business.
• Ensure talent needs of the business across regions are met to enhance top talent utilization and retention.
• Identify and develop the right talent to ensure talent availability & development across the business.
• Drive expatriate/repatriate process in collaboration with global mobility team to achieve business goals and reward top talent.
