About the Role
As a Lead Database Administrator Candidate will Enhance Support, Administer, Manage, and Tune multi-terabyte Database Systems. We are looking for an individual who can help us continually improve and enhance our platform, guided by experienced and fun-loving team.

What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
At least 6+ years of related experience required.
Extensive experience with database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Good to have experience with cloud services AWS, Microsoft Azure, MongoDB
Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills
Must have experience in MySQL/NoSQL database architecture, logical and physical design,
Should be able to do Automation, shell scripting, Query optimization, system tuning, backup, and recovery, replication, etc.
Must have substantial hands-on knowledge on AWS Cloud and Azure Cloud.
Strong knowledge in AWS Aurora and RDS service
Must have experience in working MongoDB/Postgres/Cassandra setup, replication & Sharding
Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems
Must have experience in working with Monitoring tools such as Cloudwatch, PMM & grafana
Working experience in Redshift is a must to have.
Debugging skills and the ability to troubleshoot methodically, identifying, and applying fixes for known errors, and when necessary, capacity to think outside of the box to resolve complex issues.
