- Track Diversity hiring, promotion, engagement, and attrition metrics through detailed quarterly dashboards for each business to analyze trends and identify action priorities.

- Developed a strategic three-year plan with measurable KPIs, aligning IDEA's vision, mission, and strategy to meet organizational objectives. Simultaneously, integrated our inclusive approach with ESG principles, emphasizing
- Diversity and inclusivity within our broader sustainability and ethical practices.
- Revamped the D&I office into IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Accessibility), expanding its scope and initiating various inclusivity and accessibility programs.
- Oversaw the implementation of internal advocacy groups, including the IDEA Council, and led the expansion and revitalization of ERGs, including Mahindra Group Pride ERG. Conducted monthly "in action" meetings to ensure collaboration and alignment.
