Job Summary:-

Your expertise in React JS, Node JS, PostgreSQL, Jira, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, various testing methodologies, and team building will be essential to our organization's growth.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Management:
• Lead the project planning process, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meeting quality standards.
2. Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical expertise in React JS and Node JS to guide the development team.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence in the development process.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
3. Database Management:
• Utilize PostgreSQL effectively for database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and scalability in database solutions.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
• Foster a collaborative environment, promoting effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team.
5. Team Building and Leadership:
• Build and lead a highly motivated and skilled development team.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Facilitate teamwork, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
6. Tools and Technologies:
• Proficiently use Jira and GitHub for project management and version control.
• Oversee the implementation and management of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.
7. Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Implement and oversee various testing methodologies such as unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Ensure the application's quality, performance, and security through rigorous testing practices.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 10+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Head in software development projects.
3. Strong expertise in React JS and Node JS, with hands-on development experience.
4. In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL and database management.
5. Proficiency in using Jira and GitHub for project management and version control.
6. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.
7. Familiarity with various testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
8. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
