Lead Generation & Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Sales & Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a Data-Driven Marketing Professional to drive demand generation, CRM automation, and LinkedIn-based outreach. This role is critical in managing B2B lead generation, executing data-driven email marketing campaigns, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing workflows.
About the Role
This position focuses on identifying, nurturing, and converting leads to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality prospects for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing
• Manage lead tracking, segmentation, and marketing automation workflows in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing.
• Ensure seamless integration of LinkedIn and email-generated leads into Dynamics 365.
• Automate follow-up sequences, lead scoring models, and CRM workflows to improve conversion rates.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track lead pipeline, MQLs, and campaign performance.
• LinkedIn Lead Generation & Outbound Prospecting
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, InMails, and connection requests to identify, engage, and convert B2B leads.
• Develop personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns to improve engagement and response rates.
• Utilize LinkedIn automation tools (Expandi, Phantombuster, etc.) to enhance efficiency.
• Work closely with the sales team to qualify and nurture leads into customers.
• Email Marketing & Automation
• Design and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing and conversion (preferably in Dynamics 365).
• Segment email lists and use A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs.
• Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to refine messaging.
• Ensure email campaigns align with LinkedIn and CRM-driven marketing strategies.
• Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Tracking
• Define and track KPIs related to lead generation, email engagement, and conversion rates.
• Use CRM, LinkedIn, and email analytics to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Provide regular insights and recommendations to enhance marketing ROI.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
• 4-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, CRM automation, and email marketing.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing (CRM & Automation).
• Hands-on experience in LinkedIn Lead Generation (Sales Navigator, InMails, Outbound Prospecting).
• Experience with email marketing automation & lead nurturing workflows (Dynamics 365 preferred).
• Strong data-driven mindset, tracking KPIs & optimizing outreach strategies.
Nice-to-Have Skills (Not Required, But Beneficial)
• SEO & Content Marketing (Basic knowledge to support lead nurturing).
• Word Press & Landing Page Optimization (No longer a core focus).
• LinkedIn Paid Ads (Experience with LinkedIn advertising is a plus).
