✅ Must have a PC (at least 4GB RAM)
✅ USB Noise Cancelling Headset
✅ Stable Internet Connection (at least 25mbps)
✅ Able to work at night
✅ Must be confident
✅ At least a High School/Senior High School Graduate
✅ Basic computer knowledge
✅ Good listening and communication skills
✅ Willing to start ASAP

The Call Center Representative will be expected to maintain composure in difficult situations, multitask, and meet performance metrics.

• Computer Literacy

• Ability to manage multiple priorities
