Role Description
As a Partners Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to manage and coordinate relationships with external Partners. you will play a vital role in driving business growth through effective partner management and building strong relationships with our current and prospective (real estate) partners. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication, collaboration, and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities: -
Build and maintain positive relationships with Partners. Serve as a point of contact between the company and partners, facilitating effective and timely communication.
Partners Acquisition and business development by educating partners about the Company portfolio.
Call – Pitch – Qualify - Onboard partners (Real estate Professionals) as Official partners.
Meet (real estate) partner (on the field/ in office/virtual) advise and onboard Partners for Generation of Business leads.
Set up meetings with Key decision-makers and initiate discussions to understand their requirements.
Aligns the partner with the organization’s long-term goals to ensure maximum mutual profitability.
Develops a roadmap for establishing a smooth and stable working relationship with the partners.
Create and maintain a database of partners managing the network, Follow up with the partners for the Generation of Business leads.
Coordinate Activities, and site visits with prospective partners and Build a Good Relationship.
Qualifications:-
●Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
● Proven experience in Real-estate Background
●Proven experience in partner management, coordination, or related roles.
●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong Negotiation, good convincing and Problem-solving skills.
●Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
