Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Conduct online research to identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities. Utilize various channels, including social media and online databases, to gather information. Identify and research potential SMEs that could benefit from TCMP. Needs Analysis: Analyze customers' business needs, activities, and pain points to tailor your approach effectively. Email Outreach: Learn and utilize email blast tools to send targeted emails to prospects. Assist in crafting effective outreach messages to engage potential customers. Prospecting and following up to nurture relationships and move opportunities through the sales stages. Maintain detailed lead and client records within CRM. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital initiatives. Analyze data and provide insights to improve project outcomes. Communicate with prospects and schedule meaningful appointments. Build excellent relationships and demonstrate superb interpersonal communication. Qualifications: Experience: 3-8 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or related fields. Bachelor�s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus. Proven track record in managing digital transformation projects. Strong analytical and leadership skills. Strong background in sales with a track record of successful conversions. Customer-Centric Approach: Understand customer pain points, goals, and motivations to tailor solutions and deliver exceptional experiences. Highly organized and methodical self-starter. Research-oriented with an exceptional work ethic. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
