METTLER TOLEDO is offering a unique opportunity for a current Bachelor of Science/Biomed student who would like to put their knowledge to use, outside of the lab.

So, what is this role?
As a part of sales & marketing, you will conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential business through calling customers in our database, email outreach, social selling, and other channels.
What you will be doing:
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers with the aim of generating sales opportunities for METTLER TOLEDO
Engage prospects in conversations to understand their business needs and challenges.
Educate prospects about our products or services and articulate value propositions to generate interest.
Set up qualified appointments for the sales team with decision-makers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and appointment scheduling activities in the SAP CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
Identify and qualify new contacts and accounts and input their details into the SAP CRM.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

About you:
Currently undertaking a Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to science (science, biomed, engineering)
Able to work part time 2-3 days per week (we can be flexible around your studies!)
Eager to learn about sales and marketing (no experience necessary!)
Confident talking on the phone & making outbound calls
Friendly, good attitude and willingness to provide a great customer experience.
