Job Description
1. SAP(SuccessFactors) operating knowledge of at least 2 years (HR Audit). 2. Exposure to Shared services Environment for a sizable period of time. 3.
Should have performed HR Audit formally or informally in the capacity of Auditor & also would have faced and handled audits as auditee too (basically audit expertise in either of the roles for the scale of at least 3 to 5 thousand employees database).
5. Effective multiple stakeholder Communication. 6. MBA or equivalent in HR (SAP certification / Audit Certification will be an added advantage).
