Prior Experience
1)Must have worked /lead green filed projects /scaling of organization HR systems.
2)Strategy Manager and Execution Expert.
3) IT-enabled HR systems flair familiarity.
4) Handled organizations 1200 plus to 2500 in high growth mode.
5)Excellent Networking skills both External & Internal Qualifications
