Brief
Businesses need To set up state of art HR systems, create a crucible that supports reinvention and excellence and value adds both top line and bottom line, and facilitate PCMM accreditation.
Experience - 10+ years
Location - Pune

1)Dynamic, cost-effective Talent acquisition
2)Talent retention – Attrition rate less than 10%
3) Manage and Motivate employees at remote locations (current employee strength is 1200 plus, destination could be 2500 plus)
4) Dynamic and unique/value-added employee engagement through multiple interventions visible shifts in rating on Glassdoor/ambition box & GPTW
5)seeding and internalization of JD/RDs /new organogram
6)All hygiene/statutory compliances of HR
7) Outcome-based learning & development with clear impact assessment.
Prior Experience
1)Must have worked /lead green filed projects /scaling of organization HR systems.
2)Strategy Manager and Execution Expert.
3) IT-enabled HR systems flair familiarity.
4) Handled organizations 1200 plus to 2500 in high growth mode.
5)Excellent Networking skills both External & Internal Qualifications
