Key responsibilities
• Implement Company Policies & Processes
• Supervise the Employee Onboarding Programs
• Oversee Employee Offboarding
• Evaluating HRIS performance
• Developing and implementing improvement plans to HR processes
• Setting operational performance targets and monitoring performance
• Creating budgets and tracking spend
• Managing & tracking employee queries system
• Managing & Supervising Payroll cycle & process
• Managing Point system for performance evaluation
• Managing & overseeing employee expenses
• In-depth knowledge of Statutory Compliances
• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree would be a mandate.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Overall 6+ years of experience in a fast paced, full life cycle HR generalist environment with a rapidly growing company.
• Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google workspace, etc.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with the stakeholders to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed.
• Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
• Collaborative team player who demonstrates flexibility and can-do attitude as part of a motivated, high-performance HR Systems Team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills & ability to communicate well with all levels of people.
