Job Description
To Lead HR function for Rest of Marketing in consultation with Head HR Marketing. This role will effectively Design and implement various HR Interventions in S&D, IB, F&A, Pricing, Marketing Legal, Marketing IT Technical Services and Infra functions to ensure high employee engagement level and business continuity.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Annual Budget Plan:
• Manpower planning for Entire Marketing function in consultation with the stake holders
• Optimization of the manpower
• Deciding on Critical Positions basis business expansion plan and needs
• Optimize Manpower & Cost in order Improve overall productivity
• Ensuring efficient headcount planning, partnering with TA for timely hiring
HR Analytics:
• Designing an in house HR Analytics Dashboard for On-boarding, Exit, R&R, PMS etc which will support in effective HR decision making
• Custodian of various reports viz MPR, Attrition Analysis, ERF Tracker, RNR MIS, Form 2A, Medical MIS and ensure timely updating of same.
• Analyzing various data points and providing inputs to Head HR – Marketing for reviews and meetings
Handling HR Operations:
• Contribute to the overall Marketing HR strategy Delivery of Business performance by ensuring Talent availability
• To work Closely with the TA team and complete the on-boarding process
• Manage the employee life cycle from Hiring, to on-boarding, to Managing performance, Learning & Growth and separation.
• Time bound resolution of employee queries & grievances
• Manage employee data and ensure updates in SAP through HRSS
• To complete F&F formalities of exited employees within stipulated time
• Preparation and updating of Org Chart as per the approved budget
• Closure of BGV cases
• Transfer process completion and implementation
Audit:
• Handling HR Audit queries pertaining to Rest of Marketing Function and ensuring 100 % compliance.
