• Job Responsibilities :
1. Design talent management frameworks for processes such as
recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee
engagement, career development, leadership development, succession
management etc.
2. Design/modify/enhance policies as required for various talent
processes.
3. Design solutions for workforce planning, operating model and
organisation structure related requirements.
4. Interact with business, channel partner/vendor personnel to analyse
issues and gather data. Leverage analytics and data science to shape HR
and talent solutions.
5. Collaborate with vendors and internal technology teams to select and
implement technology solutions.
6. Create and manage solution implementation plans, including change
management.
7. Research market trends, innovations, best practices and leverage them
for solution design.
8. Network with industry and external forums.
