Job Description
• Ideate innovative technologies and prepare business case to seek approval on the project
• Prepare intents for various quotes and proposals from technology partners in collaboration with internal IT to choose the right technology and partner which is cost effective
• Implement the HR IT AOP & LRP agenda as per approvals and sign offs in consultation with IT
• Onboarding vendor partner, prepare business requirement documentation (BRDs), review functional specification documentation (FSDs) and conduct UATs along with process owners and HR SMEs to move forward for system integration
• Managing stakeholders expectations with available technology, functionalities, limitations and cost
• Business Analysis
• Requirement gathering from various module owners to understand – need, systematization of those needed and functionalities of the module
• Coordinate with vendors, internal IT and HR to facilitate the development of the modules as per requirement
• Consult HR on impact of functionalities based on feasibility analysis of the entire HR IT landscape and recommend solutions for requirement fulfillment
• Carrying out implementation post sign off on requirements
• Project Management
• Support in defining SOWs and creating agreement for vendor partner technical terms of engagement
• Analyze the priorities and align the activities accordingly in consultation with stakeholders and process owners so that timelines and quality is monitored
• Work with CISO in configuring BAGIC HR policy for data leakage prevention
• Conduct periodic reviews with the vendor partners and internal IT, HR stakeholders to access the project risks, progress and facilitate action to mitigate any roadblocks
• Alliance partnership management
• Maintain relationship with alliance partners to influence product enhancement and seek support, expert opinion on matters unresolved with the implementation partner
• Arrange for trainings and certification of process and module owners
• Negotiate for license cost and premium subscriptions in order to provide highest ROI
• Communication & adoption
• Create training material for module end users, assist in conducting trainings for administrators and end users
• Assist in communication and adoption of platform/technology/module by lending support from time to time to the process/module owners
• Maintenance & Support
• Keeping the requirement relevant for existing systems and platforms in coordination with vendor partners
• Support billing and effort estimation activities for all IT HR platforms
Addressing technical queries in consultation with internal IT on a day to day basis and using this information for further process/platform enhancement
Skills Required:
Minimum 7 to 8 years of work experience in techno functional project management Efficient project management skills Effective stakeholder management skills Certification in PMP and ITIL is preferable
