To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experiences:
- Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in Human Resources and/or Operations
- Experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment is preferred
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation
- Familiarity with Indian labour laws and compliance requirements
