Job Description
It is a Lead Human Resources role wherein the incumbent will be in charge of managing HR systems and processes i.e. entire gamut of HR activities and also spearhead HR developmental work with respect to talent management - L&OD, competency mapping etc. This role will report directly to the MD of the company.
Some Critical aspects of this role will include:
- Anchoring goal setting and KRA-KPI Management exercise for Leadership group.
- HR Digitiation : HR ERP upgradation to Cloud (HRMThread Software Application)
- Driving systems & process re-engineering interventions
- Team Building and Employee Engagement initiatives
- Designing and Developing Organizational Policies
- Talent Acquisition and Retention
- Spearheading Total Rewards, compensation and benefits.
