Key responsibilities
• Manage a team of designers, engineers and researchers and be responsible for leading thought and execution for team projects.
• Work with new and emerging technologies to create interesting solutions that are both feasible and viable
• Lead a team to work with business, technology and design working towards the development of a remarkable product/service/experience.
Job requirements
• Excellent Design skills both in thought and execution
• Experience of 8+ years, in a reputed firm managing design and engineering deliveries for new product development.
• Good on-ground experience and understanding of manufacturing methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Driven towards creating excellence with demonstrable leadership.
