Job Description

As a Lead Lean Manufacturing Specialist, you'll manage implementation, enhancements, and processes for business transformation projects within Supply Chain. You will lead cross-functional towers (Billing and Engineering Services) to deliver on all program deliverables within the terms and conditions of the contract and business case. You will develop an operational year plan for the towers and suggest improvements in processes and procedures. Your focus will assume strategic, tactical, and analytical perspectives as you collaborate with the team for managing project delivery and value creation.
As a Lead Lean Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for:-

Performing related activities, tied to Billing and Engineering Services including SLA review and Contract management.
Performing as interface between the contractor and the internal business team, managing stakeholder engagement and the transfer of information and requests.
Focusing on productivity/process optimization including SLA Dashboards, KPI Tracking and Task Reviews.
Assuring timely resolution of issues, keeping leadership advised of the progress of the program, negotiate changes, variations, and solutions to issues.
Adhering to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract.
Supporting proposal and negotiations in review of current scope/coverage and lead future scope expansions and optimizations.
Working together with high level people from the business and technology teams for technology enablement and governance for automation projects.
Specifying needs, communicates about project approach, and presents outcomes of research done.
Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions.
Processing and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and must be implemented on the project.
Handling diverse stakeholders across regions and Product Lines. Works based on predefined contracts and frameworks.

Qualification And Experience:-

Have a bachelor in a related focus area (Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering/ Business).
Have a rich experience in Project/Program management including client engagement and leading teams/initiatives.
Have good oral and written communication skills, Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Be able to influence others and lead small teams, lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
Have comfort in working with some ambiguity; technical understanding of systems process is necessary.
Have a working knowledge of SAP/Ariba is a plus.
Have a good understanding of Oilfield Manufacturing Engineering Processes.
Have shop floor production manufacturing experience is a plus.
