About Us:
We are QuantSoft Systems OU, formerly known as Blockchain 5.0, an innovative tech R&D company established in 2018 and based in Estonia. Specializing in AI, Blockchain, and Autonomous Mobility, we have been at the forefront of blockchain and crypto development for nearly a decade. Our company has a proven track record of launching a successful crypto token and is currently in the process of preparing for another ICO.
With extensive experience in R&D, we’ve completed over 40 EU HORIZON EUROPE projects and collaborated with more than 200 esteemed EU partners in fields such as cybersecurity, autonomous mobility, blockchain, and decentralized technologies. We are also proud recipients of the Seal of Excellence from the European Commission.
We are seeking passionate and skilled Computer Engineers eager to learn, explore, and contribute to exciting blockchain and cryptocurrency projects while collaborating on cutting-edge EU projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement blockchain solutions for EU-funded projects in collaboration with our experienced R&D team.
- Write and maintain high-quality code in popular blockchain development languages such as Solidity, Rust, Python, JavaScript, or Go.
- Be familiar with the Algorand architecture and related blockchain ecosystems.
- Build and maintain secure and scalable decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts.
- Lead blockchain development projects and eventually manage a small team of developers.
- Work with a diverse range of EU partners on multi-disciplinary projects involving cybersecurity, blockchain, and autonomous systems.
- Leverage ChatGPT to support automation, coding, and documentation tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in computer science and blockchain development.
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Algorand, Hyperledger, or others.
- Proficiency in one or more blockchain development languages (e.g., Solidity, Rust, Python, Go).
- Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency, dApp development, and smart contracts.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and project requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to leading and managing projects.

Skills & Experience
• Completion of a Post-Secondary Degree in a relevant field or ten (10) to twelve (12) years of relevant experience
• Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience with Dynamics CRM and/or D365 and Power Platform
• Deep knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and design, including Agile
• Deep understanding of platform integration patterns and APIs, system integrations, software engineering patterns, development of architectural/high-level designs within defined architectural frameworks, and software engineering patterns
• Proven experience in designing complex integration of multiple systems
• Experience with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision-making, documentation, managing client expectations, and team leadership
• Proven experience across multiple languages and technology stacks (C#, SQL Server, etc.) is an asset.
• The ability to run code reviews and enforce coding best practices is an asset.
