Head of Quality
Shera Energy Limited is a leading manufacturer of non-ferrous metal conductors and wires including copper, aluminium, and brass products.
We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Quality to lead our quality control and assurance functions.
• Deep knowledge of non-ferrous metallurgy and manufacturing processes, and a proven track record of implementing quality systems in a high-performance production environment required.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities include leading and managing the quality control and assurance functions across all manufacturing units.
• Develop, implement, and monitor ISO and other quality standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Establish quality benchmarks and KPIs; ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have 10+ years of experience in quality roles within non-ferrous metal manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of copper/aluminium wire production, extrusion, annealing, and drawing processes.
• Strong knowledge of international quality standards and compliance systems.
