Hiring a Lead Oracle HRIS Consultant for a long-term W2 contract in Houston, TX. This is a functional HR-side role (not IT development) supporting Oracle HCM Cloud operations.
Required Skills:
• Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience
• Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) required
• Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Performance modules
• HR workflows, approvals, compliance, and governance
• Oracle EBS experience preferred
• Strong Excel/data analysis skills
Location: Houston, TX 100% onsite (locals only)
