We are seeking a Lead Placement Specialist to join our growing Phoenix, AZ Team! The Lead Placement Specialist coordinates marketing efforts with competing insurance companies on an account-by-account basis in a support role for sales and customer service teammates. Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and improving upon quotes received and evaluating and negotiating coverage and price for both renewal and prospective business. This individual oversees the training for the Marketing team and is the right hand to the Marketing Team Leader
