About the role

As a Sr. Presales Manager, you will be an integral part of  Intugine’s business team. You will work closely with Account Executives to understand the  prospect’s supply chain processes and technology stack  and provide stated improvement recommendations, value proposition and benefits of  Intugine’s product suite. You'll be responsible for understanding and providing customers  quantifiable value and ROI impact, working cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Sales and Operations teams. . 

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain a deep understanding of  Intugine’s  entire  product portfolio and the competitive landscape.
Understand and study our  deployments across industries and create  industry best practices and use cases based on  current deployments.
Learn more about customer's business, digital transformation trends in their industry, and build  thought leadership on digital supply chains and transportation visibility
Partner with the Account Executives during (customer ) discovery calls and prepare/deliver presentations and product demos explaining Intugine products to prospects and customers.
Successfully manage and execute on-site or virtual  solution demo in collaboration with Account Executives 
Represent Intugine  at business  events such as conferences, seminars, etc. and present thought leadership
Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs with the assistance of Account Executives, Operations Executives and  Product Managers
Partner with Account Executives  to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles including Discovery Calls, Value Assessment calls, and more.
Liaise with the Engineering, Product, Operations , and Sales teams to provide consultative product expertise for all customer needs. 
Engage in and oversee the development of customer proposals, design and delivery, ensuring all expertise, information and recommendations are concisely defined.
Ensure consistency in process and clearly document the outputs of discovery and scoping, and foster a smooth transition to the implementation team. 
Key requirements :

5+ years Technical Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering / Solutions Consulting experience.
Consultative selling experience; listening to customer needs and shaping a shared vision for a solution.
Ability to assess a company’s supply chain needs and deliver a compelling business case in a timely and coherent manner. 
Experience in a customer facing role requiring a high level of individual responsibility, sound business judgment and account management, where an aptitude for improving customer satisfaction was successfully demonstrated
Background in understanding existing deployments across applications like SAP, Oracle  and communicating the use cases and results to new prospects looking to deploy Intugine on these platforms. 
Balance of business and technology acumen, including ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and to tie our solutions to the project’s success criteria. 
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to create clear observations, analysis and conclusions based on customer interviews and data.
Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to high-level stakeholders
Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing customer requirements and rapid product innovation.
