Job Description
Role: Lead Product Operations Manager
Duration of assignment: 1 Year
Mode: Contract
Remote or Hybrid: 2 -3 days a week in Birmingham
• Advanced understanding and experience in both Product Manager and Product Owner roles
• Advanced understanding and experience of Concept to Market processes for software products
• Proven experience in progressing software products from concept to market.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent judgement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver training effectively
• Exhibit sound judgement in making timely decisions, considering both short- and long-term impacts
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile project management esp.
Scrum methodology
• Proactive mindset and traverse from the detail to strategic thinking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
across all levels of the organization
• Familiarity with using Aha! software for roadmap planning, GTM, Release Management, Ideas
