Production Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the entire production lifecycle of our Jute and Cotton Bags manufacturing unit.
• Maintain strict accountability for all incoming & outgoing materials, ensuring seamless inventory management.
• Coordinate the complete production flow, from initial cutting stage through stitching, finishing, quality checks, final packing and dispatch.
The ideal candidate should possess:
• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Textile Engineering or Production Engineering. MBA in Operations is preferred.
• Significant experience as a Production In-charge or similar role within the Jute/Cotton Bags/textile manufacturing industry.
• Deep understanding of material sourcing, logistics, and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic planning and execution of production operations.
• Development and implementation of quality control processes.
• Inventory management and procurement optimization.
Requirements:
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
