Job Description
A lead recruiter in a BPO (business process outsourcing) company is responsible for finding qualified candidates to fill open positions. They work with the hiring team to understand the company's needs and develop strategies to meet them.
Responsibilities
• Identify hiring needs: Collaborate with department heads to understand the company's hiring needs
• Develop hiring strategies: Create strategies for sourcing candidates, interviewing, and assessing their skills
• Source candidates: Use job boards, social media, and other resources to find candidates
• Screen candidates: Review resumes and applications, and conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Assess candidates: Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and potential fit for the role
• Manage the interview process: Arrange interviews with hiring managers and applicants, and provide feedback
• Onboard candidates: Help new hires process paperwork and prepare for their start date
• Coach junior recruiters: Provide guidance and support to other recruiters on the team
• Communicate with stakeholders: Keep hiring managers and other stakeholders informed of the hiring process
