Responsibilities
• Identify hiring needs: Collaborate with department heads to understand the company's hiring needs
• Develop hiring strategies: Create strategies for sourcing candidates, interviewing, and assessing their skills
• Source candidates: Use job boards, social media, and other resources to find candidates
• Screen candidates: Review resumes and applications, and conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Assess candidates: Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and potential fit for the role
• Manage the interview process: Arrange interviews with hiring managers and applicants, and provide feedback
• Onboard candidates: Help new hires process paperwork and prepare for their start date
• Coach junior recruiters: Provide guidance and support to other recruiters on the team
• Communicate with stakeholders: Keep hiring managers and other stakeholders informed of the hiring process
