Investor Services Operations - S6Completes transfer agency operations support activities for clients of the highest complexity. Serves as lead for more than one team in support of day-to-day operations and execution of strategy, providing work direction and technical assistance on the most complex matters.Oversees successful completion of NAV and Rate updates on the record keeping systems. Monitors and reports gain and loss activity. Reviews work of colleagues, answers any questions of highest complexity, and is key contact for clients.Prepares system-generated fund settlement and other accounting reports.. Reconciles commission and 12b1 invoicing. Facilitates payment to firms and invoicing of asset managers. Researches and resolves the most complex exceptions. Reviews work of colleagues and acts as subject matter expert. Researches the most complex wire, ACH and check payment exceptions and follows through to resolution. Reviews work of more junior colleagues and regularly works with clients. Develops fund security master data for funds of higher and the most complex funds in accordance with department policies and procedures. Reviews work of colleagues and is the key contact for clients.Ensures IRS deadlines for information return reporting are met. Leads problem resolution in tax related disciplines. Performs complex tax duties by applying IRS rules and legislation to daily functions. Trains staff on current or new procedures. Identifies areas for process improvement and follows through to resolution, including developing and presenting documentation. Main point of knowledge for other team members regarding IRS regulations and internal processes, applications (including TRS and UDS) and functions.No direct reports. Has work allocation and team lead responsibilities.Develops and is accountable for the achievement of team objectives.Associates degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
