Job Responsibilities:
• Define and work on a plan to constantly build supply of holiday homes for the region as per sales target and brandguidelines set by the organisation
• Devise and build a lead pipeline through lead generation campaigns as per the requirement of the region
• Take initiatives to engage with the lead pipeline on an ongoing basis ensuring higher possible conversion rate.
• Negotiate and ensure best commercials for all leads converted.
