• Identify target candidate profiles and sourcing channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and
provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and challenges.
• Encourage people to continuous learning through online and physical workshops.
• Providing inputs to the F&C team with respect to the payroll,opex and Capex Budgets.
• At project completion, compile a report summarizing achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.

• Providing training to ensure everyone understands new processes or tools.
