The B2B manufacturing industry lacks digitization globally. NowPurchase envisions being the operating system for metal manufacturers, starting off with foundries. The end goal is to be able to automate procurement by creating & connecting the different systems both on the software and hardware end (ex: furnaces, spectrometers)
Role Description
We’re looking to fill the role of a Lead Recruiter at the Assistant or Deputy Manager level.
This is a unique opportunity for self-motivated individuals to join a rapidly growing service company and contribute significantly to building a great team. The incumbent will partner with CTO and Lead-HR to identify and strategize their short-term and long-term hiring needs.
What are the expectations from this role?
• You will successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, and metrics.
• You will plan and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to find great talent for a variety of positions. This includes collaborating with recruiters and hiring teams to determine the qualifications for each role.
• Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements and on their technical capabilities.
• Be the knowledge of the recruitment team continuously educating us on the what, where, and how of sourcing strategies, including market data, trends, and the best sourcing channels to engage top talent.
• You’ll pioneer and lead the usage of new tools for talent mapping, candidate nurturing, and building market intelligence.
• You will work closely with the HR Manager to build and sustain a brand that is known for great hiring experience, the best place to work, network, learn and build one’s career.
Qualifications & Experience
• 2 to 4 years’ experience managing end-to-end recruitment. Ideally, he/she has worked on/closed mandates from Junior level to Leadership level in Non-Tech, Tech/Product roles at a startup or high-growth company.
• Experience with the full recruiting cycle, with an emphasis on high-quality candidates.
• Awareness and understanding of the latest talent acquisition trends and growth hacks
• Experience in working with/managing hiring vendors
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

• ESOPs: 10% of NowPurchase is dedicated to current & future team members. Your package would entail some ESOPs.

Hiring Process
1. Quick Initial Video call with the Head -of HR
2. F2F discussion with the Head -of HR
3. F2F discussion with the CEO
4. Email communication on final feedback
The end-to-end process shall take less than 10 days. We pride ourselves on being transparent & moving fast. Candidates who accept an offer may join within 1 hour, 1 week or up to 45days of signing - though, we have a preference for as short a gap period between signing and joining since we're at the most exciting part of our journey - laying the foundation for the NowPurchase platform
